After that, cancellations are subject to the entire fee, which may be applied toward a future seminar, however if you don't cancel and don't attend there will be no refunds. If NCCA cancels for any reason, NCCA's liability is limited to the return of the registration fee only. NCCA will not reimburse registrant for any travel or hotel cancellation fees or penalities. Checks returned due to insufficient funds and/or stop payment are subject to a $15 returned check fee.
