Dr. Fucinari is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic. He is a member of the Postgraduate Faculty at Logan College of Chiropractic. Certified in insurance consulting, Dr. Fucinari's teaching expertise includes Clinical Documentation and Coding Guidelines, HIPAA Training and Implementation, OIG Compliance Guidelines, and Medicare Guidelines. He has also lectured on Stroke and Cervical Manipulation and is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician. In 1999 and 2003, Dr. Fucinari received the Illinois Chiropractic Society's President's Award for Education and Training Excellence. Dr. Fucinari is President of the Illinois Chiropractic Society and a member of the American Chiropractic Association, Foundation for Chiropractic Education and Research, American College of Chiropractic Orthopedists, American Academy of Professional Coders, and the International Association of Privacy Professionals. He has been in private practice since 1987 and is currently the Director of the Decatur Back and Neck Center in Decatur, Illinois.

Dr. Steven Gould is a Board Certified Chiropractic Radiologist who became a Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Board of Radiology (DACBR) in 1993. He has a full-time radiology and clinical/patient practice where he performs interpretations on plain film radiographs and MRIs for referring chiropractors. In his clinical practice, he has provided chiropractic care to the Wichita Wranglers professional baseball team and the Wichita Thunder hockey team. Dr. Gould is a member of the Kansas Chiropractic Association who named him young doctor of the year in 1995. He has served as president of the Sedgwick District of the KCA. In addition, Dr. Gould holds memberships in the American Chiropractic College of Radiology and the American Chiropractic Association (ACA). He was president of the ACA’s Council of Diagnostic Imaging and is currently their secretary/treasurer. |

State Board CE Policy:
Registration begins one (1) hour before start of program. If you miss more than ten (10) minutes after start time of program, you will lose credit for that entire hour, please be on time to receive complete credit.
Cancellation Policy:
Note: Every attempt is made to offer this program as announced by the Napa County Chiropractic Association (hereinafter referred to as NCCA). Cancellations received up to 10 working days before the seminar are refundable, minus a $50 registration service charge. After that, cancellations are subject to the entire fee, which may be applied toward a future seminar, however if you don't cancel and don't attend there will be no refunds. If NCCA cancels for any reason, NCCA's liability is limited to the return of the registration fee only. NCCA reserves the right to adjust program faculty, locations, dates, and times to accommodate unanticipated occurrences. NCCA is not responsible for any expenses incurred by registrants due to adjustments or cancellations and NCCA will not reimburse registrant for any travel or hotel cancelation fees or penalties. Checks returned due to insufficient funds and/or stop payment are subject to a $25 returned check fee.
